RESEARCH
Diligent, properly organized research is the best way to start a complex project, allowing to avoid unnecessary costs, numerous schedule delays and other negative effects of failed projects.
Our research aims to answer a few fundamental questions such as: Why would we want to change something? Who are the project stakeholders? What is the business case? Key principles of our approach to research are: divergent information gathering, convergent analysis including careful risk assessment, and involvement by all stakeholders.
DESIGN
We consider the design stage of our projects as the most exciting part of any project. It allows us to manifest the engineering culture of our company and to start doing what we are most passionate about – to engineer the best possible solution within given limitations.
Our design approach is influenced by “design thinking” principles. We believe that any solution being designed must identify and satisfy the needs and requirements of our customers.
